Annie Mist Thorisdottir has been an elite CrossFit athlete from Reykjavik Iceland. She co-owns Crossfit Reykjavik where she also is a coach and trainer. Annie was the first woman to win the CrossFit Games twice. In 2010, she was the second position. Annie Thorisdottir, an Icelandic CrossFit weightlifter, media star as well as a CrossFit participant - is a CrossFit athlete from Iceland. She was the first woman winner of in the CrossFit Games in 2011, and 2012. She also won the CrossFit Games in 2012 twice. In 2013 and 2017 she took home both the Dubai Fitness Competition. Annie, along with her parents and siblings, were born and raised in Reykjavik Iceland. She was an active athlete and began working out at an early age. She first took part in 2009 in the CrossFit Games in California where she performed relatively well in initial games. Annie Thorisdottir turns 31 by 2021. Her height stands at 5'7" and she weighs around 67kg. Annie started her CrossFit adventures in California in 2009. She did well on her very first event, finishing within the top 10. However she was unable to achieve any championships and finished the tournament with 11th rank. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. In CrossFit Games under the guidance of her coach Jami Tikkanen. She finished with a second place finish and earned a silver medal in the same year. After a year of CrossFit Games Annie was the winner of her debut CrossFit Games. The dominating display brought her the honor of being named. Annie has been the first woman to ever win consecutive CrossFit Games. In 2012, Annie once again became the CrossFit Games winner due to her extraordinary performance. Also, she received a trophy that was silver in 2014 and the bronze medal at CrossFit Games in 2021. Annie now coaches and trains at Crossfit Reykjavik. This gym was started by Annie. In the last few years, as a well-known athlete, Annie has appeared as a spokesperson of a variety of sports brands, including Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Renaissance Periodization, Nuun Hydration Sidekicks Yerbae and many others. She also has her own Youtube channel, which is named "Annie" and has more than 3,000 users. This includes videos about training diets and family life.
