Dwayne has served as the head pastor at Wellspring Church since 2007. He started the church in Charlotte, NC. He also serves as director for Pastoral Care of the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne is passionate about empowering the future generation of Biblical counselors. He serves on the director's board of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has published numerous pieces online and is a contributor to the Christ-Centered Bible Counseling: Change Lives With God's eternal truth. Kelleman and Viars).
